Is your clothing really organic?

Yes. Our cotton is GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) — one of the strictest organic certifications in the world. It covers everything from farming to the final product. No pesticides, no toxic dyes, no synthetic finishes.

Where is your material sourced from?

We source certified organic cotton that meets GOTS standards. Our focus is on verified, traceable plant-based fibers — nothing synthetic, nothing that doesn't belong against your skin.

Why should I wear organic cotton underwear?

Your underwear is the closest thing to your body — 24 hours a day. Conventional underwear uses synthetic fabrics and chemical finishes that your skin absorbs constantly. Organic cotton is breathable, hypoallergenic, and free from harsh chemicals — better for your skin, your hormones, and your overall health long term.

Is organic cotton good for sensitive skin?

Yes. It is free from synthetic dyes, chemical treatments, and irritants commonly found in conventional fabric. It is one of the safest materials for people with sensitive skin or skin conditions.

Will the fabric shrink after washing?

Organic cotton may have minimal shrinkage on the first wash. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the shape and longevity of your garment.

How do I care for my C.CANTH clothing?

Cold wash, gentle cycle. Air dry — avoid tumble drying where possible. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed.

How long does shipping take?

We fulfill all orders through iStoreiSend. Delivery within Malaysia typically takes 3–5 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship outside Malaysia?

Currently we ship within Malaysia. Singapore and international shipping is coming soon.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.
